Ways of getting certified

Once you are done registering with SAM, you need to register at the SBA website to complete the self-certification. Make sure to have a DUNS number in order to complete the self-certification for WOSB. You also need to have EIN and MPIN.

Third-party certification

First, put the services of a third-party agency to help you get the WOSB certification. The Small Business Administration (SBA) has a list of third-party organizations. For helping applicants to get WOSB certification these organizations are approved.

Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, the National Women Business Owners Corporation, also the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce are the organizations that are included. remember that all of these organizations charge an amount of fee for assisting you to complete your WOSB certification application.
